I’ve worked in interior design for over 12 years, including 8 years as a senior designer with large design firms.

What I noticed: many small to mid-sized hospitality projects and residential homes need the expertise of a big agency, but can’t justify the large fees. And often, the most experienced designers aren’t the ones actually doing the work.
